1 General Provisions and Acknowledgement

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account with kx8 game, a member must meet the eligibility requirements below. If registration is completed without meeting any of these conditions, the platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account.

• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.1 Account Verification

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagering is required.

4.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly Reload Reward: 30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, 18x wagering, minimum deposit ৳300.
• kx8 game Slot Festival Bonus: 50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳300.
• Cricket Season Special Offer: 40% bonus, up to ৳6,000, 15x wagering, minimum deposit ৳300.
• Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳1,500, 10x wagering — each member may claim once during their birthday month.
• Refer a Friend Gift: up to ৳2,000, 12x wagering — applies to each successful referral.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, or exploiting any weakness in the system for an unfair advantage, is a serious breach of these Terms. In such cases, kx8 game has the right to close the account and void the bonus. A bonus is not equivalent to cash under any circumstances — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.

5 VIP Membership and Cashback

The kx8 game VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback on net losses for the week.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated on the amount remaining after total winnings are subtracted from total losses for the week. For example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

VIP tier progression is based on a member's activity and participation. No specific turnover threshold is published — advancement depends on overall participation. kx8 game reserves the right to change the VIP programme terms at any time.

6 Responsible Conduct and Prohibited Activities

kx8 game is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. Any of the behaviours listed below is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Any attempt to commit account or bonus fraud.
• Using software bots, automated programmes or any other method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another member's account or collecting their personal information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability of the platform.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no breach of terms has occurred, that amount will be returned.

10 Special Terms for Games and Betting
